How to use:
1. Wipe well before using microwave.
2. Put in the microwave and heat it at either:
- 500W for 3min.10sec.
- 600W for 2min.40sec.
- 1000W for 2min.
3. Check the temperature and put it in the orange cover.
The warmth lasts for about 7hours in futon or blanket (Depending on the outside temperature and type of use)
Special washable cover is included.
Caution! Please use your soft gel bag without breaking it. Do not overheat . Do not use oven for heating.
