2. Use the "Apx" Near the top of the page on the left hand side, select the currency you wish to see an approximate price listed with the Japanese Yen.
3. Search and Shop! You can browse the site through categories, best sellers, and our recommended products, or simply type in a key word for what you're looking for.
4. Add to your shopping cart! Once you've found something you like, click on "Add to Cart", then continue shopping, or go to "Check Out" and fill in the necessary fields.
5. Wait for the goodies After your payment is received, your order will be shipped within 7 business days. **Please note: Long Japanese holidays may delay delivery. Please expect delays for the following holidays: New Years (First week of January), Golden week (First week of May), Obon (Mid week in August).
We accept PayPal payments AND you can still use any of the major credit cards accepted by PayPal to make your payment through PayPal without making an account with them.

We understand our customers' needs and wants. If you do not see an item you want on our site, simply contact us and make a request for us to sell it to you. You may do so in a number of ways:
1. Find the item on a website and send us the link to the specific item you want.
2. Find the item on a magazine and send us all the information you can so we can locate it in Japan.
3. Describe the type of product you are looking for, and we will try to find it for you.
4. If you would like to see more items of a specific brand, let us know. We will try to find them and post them on our site for you.
Rare Items on JapaStuff.com
As JapaStuff.com collects unusual and hard-to-get products, the product you ordered, on rare occasions, may become unavailable to us from the supplier. You will be notified immediately if the item you ordered has become unavailable, and we will do our best to find the same item elsewhere. If we are unable to fill your order, you will receive a full refund. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
