What is a coupon code?
The coupon code is a code you enter in your checkout process to receive a promotional discount.
Where do I get a coupong code?
You can find the coupon code on our site in banners or advertisements during promotion periods. You will also be getting coupon codes if you subscribe to our newsletters.
How do you use the "wish list" feature?
The wishlist function is to save the item page in your account to refer back to it when you login at another time. To save an item onto the wishlist, simply click on the "Add to Wishlist" on the product detail page of the item you wish to save. To view your wishlist, login to your account, then go to the wishlist link at the top right corner of the page. From there, you will be able to access the product detail page by clicking on the title of the item you wish to view.

The window takes forever to change.
The trouble is probably being caused by your browser's cache. Refreshing the page without using the file saved in your cache should solve the problem. To do this in Internet Explorer, hold down the [Ctrl] key and click on the [Refresh] button in your browser window. (Do not click the [Refresh] button at the payment screen.)
The window just stopped while I was shopping. Why?
We are very sorry about this, but the window can stop or a page can appear blank when we are experiencing an extremely high volume of traffic. Entering double-width characters when single-width characters are required, or entering unnecessary spaces, quotation marks and special characters etc. will prevent you from registering. I cannot find items I have seen on this site a while ago. Are they still available?
1. The item may be out of stock. If stock becomes available, it will be displayed again.
2) It may have been removed from our site due to its lack of popularity. However, we will be more than happy to take your order if stock is abailable.
How does my order come packaged?
Usually merchandise is packed in a water-repellent durable paper bag. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation for simple packaging. We only use a carton case for high-volume order. For fragile and breakable items, they will be wrapped with appropriate cushioning before it is packaged for shipping.
Can I ask to wrap items?
We do not provide wrapping services, as it is possible that the product may be opened at customs in each country.
What items can I NOT return?
On the Product Details page for each item, it will be indicated if it is a final sale. Also, please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been used, worn, washed, etc. AND items that were not approved for return by Japa Stuff. Can I reserve a currently out-of-stock item?
We only list items that are in stock. However, we will be more than happy to locate more items you wish to purchase.

We begin preparation to ship your order as soon as we receive it. Since most of the processing is performed automatically by our computer system, we regret that no changes can be made to your order after we have received it, nor can your order be cancelled.

I had finished the check-out process but I do not receive any notification of payment". What should I do?
The "Notification of Order Completion" email may be regarded as spam mail. Please check your trash folder that this did not happen. If you have made the deposit and no e-mail is received after 2 days, please contact us though our "Contact Us" page.
